About Erik Taylor


Erik’s award winning Career in real estate began in 2008.
 
As a local realtor who supports his community, Erik is a proud key sponsor for The Milton District Hospital Fund through The Breakfast with Santa Event with RBC. He is also proud to say that for every home bought or sold a gift is donated to the Chum Christmas Wish every year. Erik believes in giving back wherever possible and has built his business beliefs on the same platform.
 
Erik brings a different strategy when looking for an agent. His vast knowledge of the Milton market, along with a strong history with Mississauga, makes him a key partner for those selling a home. He is a proud member of both the Milton Oakville real estate board as well as the largest real estate board in North America, which is the Toronto Real Estate Board. Erik believes in that the more people he can tell about a house through marketing…the more that home is going to sell for.
 
After watching real estate from the sidelines while attending Sheridan College for their Business Administration program he specialized in sales and marketing. He further chose to follow a sales path with Timex Canada holding various national sales management positions for 9 years. Following that a national account management position with Swiss Herbal for 3 years handling Wal-Mart Canada. Looking for a more challenging career path with opportunity to work with different types of people he chose to pursue his now 8-year career with Re/Max.
 
Erik believes that 20 years of sales and marketing experience, strong negotiating skills as a Certified Negotiation Expert, as well as the love of feeling he has worked as hard as possible to gain his client’s trust is the reason that 45% if Erik’s business comes from referrals.
 
Through his success Erik has been able to achieve the Re/Max Platinum Award 6 times, ranks in the top 1% of Re/Max Agents In Canada and has been inducted into the Re/Max Hall Of Fame.
